About Karma’s Korn
We are Chris and Karma and have been farming the fields of rural South Dakota since 1992. We raised our kids on the farm, taught them where food actually comes from, and built a life rooted in hard work, wide open spaces, and really good Sunday night suppers.
Sunday night supper, by the way, has always meant one thing in this house: popcorn night.
So when the kids grew up and flew the nest, leaving two farmers with a little extra time on their hands, the question became, why not grow our own? One "why not" led to another, and before long, Karma's Korn was born.
Now we grow multiple varieties of popcorn right on the farm (weather permitting, this is South Dakota, after all), pop it in small batches for the best possible flavor, and dream up new flavor combinations on a regular basis. Spoiler: they haven't found one they don't like yet.
The business has grown right along with their passion. These days you'll find Karma's Korn at shows across the region, on shelves through wholesale partners, and in the best plot twist our son Brandon has joined the operation, keeping the family farm tradition alive one kernel at a time.
From our farm to your table, every bag comes with a story, a whole lot of heart, and zero mystery about where it came from.
